Portfolio Management

The investment committee will choose the businesses that will be selected for the investment. A partnership agreement will be made with the entrepreneur and a purchase price determined.

Program Management

The Startup will be part of the program for a maximum of 24 months. Among other things, we will assign mentors, provide an “action plan” and help with funding.

MVP

Investments between 100-200K where we can obtain between 5-20% of equity.

In cases we cannot reach the 5%, we will come up with alternative investment formulas (Success- Driven) that will bring us closer to said numbers.

Relevant points will be i) the capacity of the accelerator to generate or ii) the interest of the promoters to count on the services of the companies in its investment portfolio

In this round, we will co-invest with an institutional investor with greater economic resources.

BOOTCAMPS
Startups that are part of the acceleration program, in addition to having a network of mentors at their disposal, will receive training from IESE business school.
The training will be divided into monthly bootcamps from which a 360º vision of the company will be carried out. Topics as diverse as finance, legal, the team, oral communication will be discussed..
